Application form 2. Current Curriculum Vitae 3. Two current letters of reference from supervisors or colleagues. 4. An application fee of $25.00, payable to the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis. This fee is non-refundable. Upon receipt of all application materials, an interview will be scheduled. Following this interview all application materials will be reviewed and the applicant will be notified if he or she will be admitted to the Fellowship Program.
